The Whitestone Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Program Manager for a federal contract.

The Project Manager is the Chief Administrator responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to this contract. Full authority to act on behalf of his/her company at the locations specified under this contract, he/she will accomplish this by planning, directing and organizing any and all facets of their contractual responsibilities.

Position located in Norfolk, VA- Must be willing to sign letter of consideration.

Prerequisites:

• Medically fit for duty
• Able to communicate both orally and in writing in English
• Possess a valid NATO or National SECRET personnel security clearance at the time of award (documented evidence of clearance is required prior to commencing work)
• Working knowledge of Electronic Security System (ESS) LENEL and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV)
• Professional, courteous, and polite, yet firm
• Resolved in the performance of duties
• Possess a current driver’s license
• Military/LEO/supervisory experience preferred

Duties:

• Available to provide support or additional manning as required
• Acts as direct liaison with the HQSO, Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for any required flexible working arrangements or schedule changes based on changing security posture and as directed by the COTR
• Develops and submits all reports, schedules, and other information as required
• Submit a monthly guard roster to the COTR (HQSO) and resubmit immediately upon incorporating any change
• Ability to be contacted 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week
• Verify the guard shifts being requested to be filled by the Guard Supervisor
• Ensure guard supplied and appointed guards report for duty
• At the earliest opportunity, inform the HQSO of any personnel changes
• Ensure 100% fill rate for all requested shift positions
• Ensure and demonstrate to the HQ SACT COTR that all personal qualifications (US or NATO SECRET security clearance, first aid, CPR, etc.) remain current and do not expire
• Reports to Whitestone’s Regional Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Security Management: 1 year (Preferred)
