Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet sales objectives.

• Oversee the production of visual content, including photos, videos, logos, and infographics.
• Manage participation in trade shows, conferences, and other events.
• Draft and distribute press releases, leveraging media opportunities.
• Execute social media strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
• Ensure messaging and content align with brand identity and business goals.
• Analyze marketing data to drive growth across various channels.
• Lead creative marketing campaigns and support other marketing activities.
• Maintain the company's online presence and manage digital inquiries.
• Uphold brand standards in all communications.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and trends.
• Coordinate with external vendors for promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts.
• Develop training materials on marketing and branding.
• Manage internal marketing personnel and external contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, including digital marketing and SEO.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of web development tools (preferred but not essential).

• Proven track record of seeing projects through to completion.
