We are seeking a District Manager to oversee and manage a district of Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the Boston area. The District Manager is responsible for retail operations and management of stores in the assigned territory. The District Manager supports all aspects of the management process to ensure consistent achievement of short and long term goals and the mission statement based on our core values. The District Manager is responsible for meeting budgeted district-revenue goals and will direct a management team to ensure excellence in standards. Will provide leadership and vision to motivate the team to daily pursue the company mission and create a work culture founded on our core values.
The job specification includes, but is not limited to the following:
-Ensures excellence in retail operations.
-Develops team to ensure compliance to standards, core values and corporate mission.
-Oversee company and Dunkin' restaurant standards and product specifications.
-Ensures compliance to excellence in services and customer loyalty.
-Monitors compliance to deadlines for financial reporting and cash management policies.
-Execution of marketing and product placement
-Manages payroll, budget and other expenses.
-Controls inventory management, food cost and purchase of supplies.
-Engage in recruitment process and employee onboarding and training.
-Reinforcement of Human Resources Policies and Regulations including compliance to legislation.
-Other related responsibilities
