Description:
1. Act as point of internal contact (Voice of Company) for customers relating to issues including, but not limited to, orders, quotes and pricing
2. Support and assist customer needs and inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
3. Create, generate and maintain internal work orders to assist other departments in meeting customer requirements (within pre-established ISO guidelines)
4. Answer questions about specific jobs from both external and internal customers
5. Proactively address customer concerns and issues as they arise
6. Answer the phones & redirect calls to appropriate parties in a backup role
7. Work in a fast-paced environment
8. Each CSR receives maybe 4 to 5 calls a day and receive 400 to 500 emails every day and 99% of our customer correspondence is thru emails. Roughly 2 to 3 percent of the day may be dealing directly with customers and the balance is spent on quoting and compiling work orders.
Requirements: 1. Must have strong computer skills
2. Able to communicate clearly
3. Can think quickly on their feet
4. Good on the phone
5. Accurate data entry skills
Physical Requirements: 1. Able to utilize all aspects of a computer
2. Able to sit for long periods of time
3. Able to look a computer screen for most of the day
