The Ups Store in north Forsyth, GA is looking for two customer service associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries *Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members and leadership *Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends *Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion *Maintains a clean and safe working environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Strong typing skills

*Retail/customer service experience *Good communication and people skills *Able to cross sell and up sell products and services *Strong computer skills *Strong phone skills *Prompt, reliable, and responsible *Able to lift 40 pounds *Non-smoking environment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $12.00/hour.
