**Job Overview:** We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. **Duties:** - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interaction - Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups and sales opportunities - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs **Qualifications:** - Strong customer service skills with the ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently - Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems - Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous - Experience in outbound calling and upselling preferred Join our team and enjoy a supportive work environment where your communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.30 - $16.29 per hour
