Job Summary

Growing local insurance agency seeking fun, personable and outgoing individual with a willingness to learn for part time or full time customer service position. Insurance license preferred, but will assist with licensing a qualified candidate. Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, greeting customers, entering payments, completing policy changes, making outgoing phone calls and assisting customers and future customers with their insurance needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Taking care of existing clients in a wide range of tasks:

- Working with sales team to finish new files

- Taking payments

- Calling on late payments

- Working with underwriting to issue policies

- Answering phones

Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

- Customer service experience preferred but not required

- High School or better education

- Typing skills a must

- Transportation to office required
