We are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive our boutique firm’s strategic expansion efforts, leverage our proprietary Synergy Screening System® and over 35 years of successful experience with progressive acute healthcare systems and hospitals around the U.S. Our corporate headquarters is in Voorhees, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with C-level executives and other senior level stakeholders,
• Contact prospective clients and arrange phone, virtual, and personal meetings on an ongoing basis,
• Build, develop and ensure the success of your team,
• Assist in the creation of our marketing initiatives,
• Collaborate directly with our Founder/CEO to develop and execute strategies you can use to maximize your success, and
• Utilize our state-of-the-art CRM database to facilitate your success.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proven track record in business development of healthcare professional services with senior level executives,
• Creative problem-solving abilities to help potential clients with cost-effective solutions,
• Bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree preferred, and
• Minimum of 5-7 years of healthcare business development experience is preferred, yet open to those with proven related experience.
