As a Preschool Assistant Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations of our preschool program. You will work closely with the Center Director to ensure a high-quality educational experience for our students and maintain a safe and engaging environment.

Salary: $20-$23
Responsibilities
* Support the Center Director in implementing and supervising curriculum and activities that promote the physical, social, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
* Assist in recruiting, training, and managing a team of educators and caregivers
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies
* Build positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child's progress
* Collaborate with the Center Director to develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, and maintaining records/documents
* Assist with marketing and enrollment efforts to attract and retain families
