Position Overview:
As a sales Manager at The Roof Squad, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of talented sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product/service improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to the sales team.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
