Responsibilities:

• Assessment and Consultation:
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess hail damage.
• Provide detailed consultations to homeowners, explaining the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
• Sales and Proposal Generation:
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for roof repairs or replacements.
• Clearly communicate pricing, materials, and project timelines.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build trust with clients by demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
• Address client concerns and questions promptly.
• Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
• Generate leads through referrals, canvassing, and networking.
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
• Collaboration with Installation Team:
• Coordinate with our installation crew to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the roofing process to guarantee quality workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Roofing Experience: Previous experience in roofing sales or related field.
• Knowledge of Hail Damage: Familiarity with identifying and assessing hail damage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical details to homeowners.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for client visits.

Compensation:

• Commission: 10% of total sales. 8% for non experienced sales reps.
• Minimum Sales Targets: A minimum of 12 sales per month.
• Monthly Bonuses: Additional incentives for achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
