Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to HR Department, including but not limited to:
  • Maintenance of employee files to ensure Federal and State compliance
  • Facilitate recruitment initiatives - job board maintenance, site staff roster, etc
  • Policy review, updating, and upkeep
  • Support CHRO and Director with daily tasks
  • Coordinate new employee on-boarding and paperwork completion for residential and non-residential locations.
  • Provide reception desk coverage as necessary.
  • Other projects and duties as requested
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
  • Highschool Degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-2 years working in an office setting with administrative responsibilities
  • Previous payroll experience a plus, but not required.
  • Microsoft Office experience, required.
Hours: M-F 40 hours per week
