We are seeking a motivated and experienced Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at The Radical in Asheville. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest services team to ensure a positive and memorable customer experience. You will be expected to lead by example, provide guidance to team members, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Additionally, you will ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, troubleshoot customer issues in a timely manner, and assist in developing promotional initiatives.
