PrideStaff is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher for a distribution company located in Asheville .
Job Summary: This position will act as a liaison between the company and a specified customer to schedule and dispatch work orders related to repairs and maintenance at various facilities across the US.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary contact between the company and the customer.
- Find suitable companies/distributors to provide services or maintenance at various customer sites throughout the United States.
- Generate quotes for submitted workorders in the company's CRM system.
- Schedule work to be done at customer sites.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to work orders.
- Follow up with customer and service providers to ensure the work was completed to their satisfaction.
- Work with the Business Development Manager and other team members to develop strong relationships with customers and service providers.
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience in an office work environment
- Strong customer service experience
- Data entry skills
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management, follow-up and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
