Administrative Assistant

Duties consist of:

- Answering the phones

-Greeting guests

-Providing administrative support to all departments

- Filing and organizing documents, both physical and electronic

- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

-Assisting the accounting department with collections, data entry, filing, and mail

- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met

- Provide excellent customer support, both in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
