Description

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building a career in the Human Resources discipline.

Responsibilities :

  • Timely preparation of offer letters.
  • Post jobs in our applicant tracking system as needed.
  • Screen candidates as needed.
  • Ensure new hire paperwork is returned quickly and kicking off background checks and onboarding links for new hires.
  • Document assigned mentors for new hires.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Generate bi-weekly payroll reports.
  • Assist with administrative functions.
  • Assist in the execution of special company events.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), and SharePoint; with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently, work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner.
