Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for HR. Responsibilities: - Assist with the organization design process, including updating job descriptions and maintaining organizational charts - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft - Manage social media platforms to promote employer branding and engage with potential candidates - Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding new hires - Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews - Assist with employee relations activities, including coordinating employee events and recognition programs - Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a similar HR coordinator or administrative role preferred - Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft - Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail - Familiarity with social media management for employer branding purposes - Knowledge of applicant tracking systems such as Taleo is a plus - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and time management skills If you are a motivated individual who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
