Job Details :

  • $23.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience
  • $500 employment bonus after 6 months and $500 employment bonus after 12 months of employment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Responsible for the first impression of our company.
  • Greets visitors directly or over the phone, determines their needs and responds accordingly.
  • Obtains caller’s name when appropriate for announcing caller and / or company guest.
  • Directs caller to destination when necessary, records name, time of call, nature of business, and the person called upon.
  • Shipping / receiving (including mail distribution, courier service requests, etc.).
  • Building liaison (security, parking, janitorial, HVAC, maintenance, etc.)
  • Security monitor (keycards, keys, sign-in sheet, etc.).
  • Review FedEx invoices.
  • Maintain postage meter (supplies, order postage for unit, etc.).
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Maintain aquarium.
  • Conference room reservations (including monitoring cleanup of users).
  • Welcome screens.
  • Maintain the company-wide telephone directory.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
