The Executive Administration– Reception position is responsible for independently performing day to day Reception /Front office Management along with other functions related to Admin Dept.
Responsibilities:
Daily walk around of the facility to assess readiness of the facility for daily operations. This task will include but not restricted to making sure of cleanliness, availability of office supplies and break room supplies such as tea/coffee refilled throughout the facility, managing printing requests, coordinating shipping of items, ordering of administrative supplies, preparing, and assisting during client visits and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.
