You’ll be working directly at our pop-up events for one of our charity clients, helping spread awareness and register new donors.Events Assistant’s responsibilities include sparking conversations, distributing marketing materials, and providing outstanding customer service whilst working directly with existing and potential supporters to increase the charity's exposure and funding.Some of your main duties will involve:Assisting with the set up of retail-based promotions eventsAssisting event managers with creative ideas to make our events stand outCreating and maintaining relationships with customersProvide information about the charities missions, values, and visionSupporting potential donors through the donation setupShare success stories and marketing material to customers at the eventConduct pre-and post-event evaluations and report on outcomesTraining:All new starters receive training and ongoing support. In-house product training workshops are offered regularly, and on-site coaching is provided during events.
