Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients in your assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and closing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical information to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
