The Mom Project is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator Near Falls, VA
- Location: 99% remote in Northern Virginia
- Hours - Hours will fluctuate, and probably average 5 per week; the ability to work 5-10 hours per week is ideal, and an increase in hours is likely as we go along, subject to your availability.
- Permanent Direct Hire Role
- Hourly Rate: $20/hr
QualificationsTeamwork, accountability, and dependability are essential in this role. You will be a valued part of our team, regardless of how many hours you work. Additional qualifications include:
- 3 years of experience supporting multiple areas of a human resource department or a related degree with a concentration in human resources combined with other experience; coursework in HR is a plus
- Quick learner of systems and processes
- Basic math skills
- Strong Excel skills, but entire 365 Suite is necessary
- Detail orientation and ability to work with numbers (date entry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (i.e., the ability to email with clients)
- Exposure to one or more of the areas mentioned in the responsibilities section
- We enjoy our work, so being fun is a plus!
