Duties and Functions:
• Administer the Talent Acquisition process for domestic and international candidates to include posting requisitions, sourcing and interviewing candidates, maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking system, extending employment offers, onboarding and the timely completion of new hire paperwork.
• Partner with HR Generalist to understand staffing strategy and to ensure departmental staffing needs are met.
• Review, process, and enter data into the HRIS and other HR systems as needed.
• Coordinate, plan, schedule, and maintain records for various Human Resources projects, meetings and training and development programs.
• Act as a point of contact for managers and employees to address questions and problems relating to the HR systems and employee data, company policies, procedures and programs relating to HR.
• Review I-9 forms & documentation and process E-Verify for new employees in accordance with Federal regulations.
• Support compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws as well as regulations from other applicable agencies.
• Support the company’s safety culture through facilitation and implementation of safety non-negotiables and other projects as needed.
• Partner with members of the Central HR team on projects, such as open enrollment activities, benefit communication campaigns, absence management tracking, safety management, and other assignments as needed.
• Provide additional administrative support to region and human resources as assigned, as well as various duties (benefits administration, reports, special projects, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
Experience
2 yrs of practical office administration or HR experience is required; bi-lingual (Spanish and English) - Fluent
