Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
Skills:
- Proficient in event planning and coordination
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Front desk reception experience is a plus
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for financial tasks
- Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
