The Lactation Network is Hiring a Resource Manager Near Chicago, IL
- Project management (50%). Part of your role will be to manage the logistics of educational and resource projects geared towards our LC partners from planning through execution. You'll use your skills for projects such as educational webinars, resource creation, and program planning.
- Resource management (35%). You’ll also curate and update relevant resources. These resources will include research with key stakeholders inside and outside the organization. You will work with all members of our LC Relations team with the shared goal of providing an exemplary knowledge hub for our LC partners.
- Support LC Relations department cross-functionally (15%). You will be responsible for gathering resources and executing deliverables cross-departmentally. We are a collaborative team who are curious and thrive when the best ideas are brought forward. Sharing ideas and areas for efficiencies and improvements will move the strategic goals of TLN forward.
- 3 year(s) working as a Resource Manager with project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Collaborator: the ability to work on a team while moving projects forward, leaning on your strong communication skills
- Close Proofreader: You are highly detail–oriented and lean on your strong editing eye with a focus on version control.
- Organized: You lean on your organizational and time-management skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Technically fluent: You’re comfortable interacting with technology and can easily understand new technical concepts.
- Goal Oriented: You’re excited about new challenges and work to achieve your goals.
- Problem Solver: You’re adept at spotting issues and suggesting elegant solutions.
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience working with tech platforms like Salesforce, Asana Guru, Zoom, iMovie, etc.
