My e-mail address is and some more information about the job is below. Job Details : Title : Patient Care Assistant (on-site) Hours : Day-7 : 30am-3 : 30pmLength of Engagement : Open ContractRate : Depends on Experience Description : This role would be supporting a student in 1 : 1 setting.
The PCA would assist the student with meeting academic and / or behavioral goals. The PCA would assist the student with any supports / modifications needed to access facilities and curriculum, including physical support, and adapting teaching materials.
Education requirements :
- Associate degree preferred.
- Will accept candidates without associate degree. (20 hours of professional development to be completed during course of assignment on-site)
Preemployment Needs :
- PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
- Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
- Department of Education Fingerprints (Act 114)
- School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
- PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
- Sexual Misconduct / Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
- CPR / First Aid
