Visiting Angels Doylestown & Lansdale is actively seeking a candidate who will hold one of the most important roles within the agency. Our Client Lead Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients or families who are calling/walking in, seeking to learn more about the non-medical homecare services Visiting Angels has to offer.

Client Relations Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Assisting any prospective clients who call and/or walk in, who are seeking information about our care services
• Receive and process referrals and inquiries. Communicate appropriate and accurate information regarding the scope of service to the prospective client. Complete all required documentation on all referrals and/or client leads
• Following up on any and all pending leads in a timely manner
• Scheduling and conducting client meetings (in client homes and/or in the office)
• Maintain documentation on all current and past client leads
• Ensure client eFiles are complete and enter the appropriate information into our scheduling system (AxisCare)
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients and prospective clients
• Track referral source development, obtain, and close leads
• Assist with digital Marketing initiatives, including email, social media, generate quality leads and referrals

Requirements

• Experience working in Homecare and/or Healthcare related field (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history
• Reliable transportation is a must (travel required for client meetings)
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent planning, organizing, implementing, presentation, and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual (able to work Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am until 5pm in our Doylestown office)
• Manage on-call evenings (after 5pm on weekdays) and weekends (Sat & Sun all day), ONE WEEK PER MONTH, as directed (rotating schedule with 3 other office staff members)

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
