• $19-$21 / hr ( Depending on experience)
• Monday through Friday 5 : 00am-1 : 30pm

Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

• Perform various administrative office duties such as answering incoming calls,scheduling,faxing,copying,scanning etc
• Document in medical software systems,excel spreadsheets
• Maintain HIPPA compliance- secure patient information and keep patients medical records confidential
• Assist RN as appropriate

Requirements of Administrative Assistant

• Bilingual preferred
• Administrative experience required
• Must have computer skills and experience using Excel
• Background check Required
