The Imperial, sister restaurant to the award-wining Jack Rose Dining Salon, is seeking servers.

The Imperial is a stunning three-floor restaurant & bar that serves Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France.

The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar and al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial's two-tiered open-air rooftop garden.

Our bar program has a focus on interesting wines, creative craft cocktails, low (and no)-ABV offerings & vintage spirits.

Ideal candidates should have :

• at least two years of high volume, full-service restaurant experience
• strong knowledge of classic French cooking techniques, craft cocktails, beer, spirits and especially wine
• a keen eye for detail and a high level of appreciation for the benefits of an exceptionally clean & organized restaurant
• Must have Saturday availability

• maintaining proper organization and cleanliness of dining room during setup and breakdown
