Overview: Job Summary:
As a restaurant server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in a fast-paced dining environment. Your primary duties will include taking food and drink orders, delivering orders promptly and accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon their arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and beverage options.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively offer refills, condiments, or additional items.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
• Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and punctuality.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.34 per hour
