The Hudson Rose is Hiring a Beverage manager Near Nutley, NJ

Company Description

The Hudson Rose is a New American restaurant slated to open this Summer 2024. Our goal is to provide unrivaled hospitality paired with a chef driven culinary experience to provide lasting memories among friends and family in an elevated upscale casual setting.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beverage Manager located in Nutley, NJ. The Beverage Manager will oversee the beverage program at The Hudson Rose, including menu development, purchasing, inventory management, and staff training.

The Beverage Manager will also work together with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Experience in customer service in a restaurant setting
  • Training experience, including developing and delivering comprehensive training plans
  • Sales experience with a proven track record
  • Budgeting experience and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership consistent with company standards and hospitality to our team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with restaurant software and technology is a plus
  • Experience with event management and planning is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • 3 years of experience in beverage management or similar role
  • Certification in beer, wine or spirits knowledge is a plus
