WORK DESCRIPTION:The business analyst will assist with data input, work order creation data aggregation and input, vendor contract performance monitoring and workload scheduling, performance monitoring and audit metrics. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and personable individual with an eye for detail and ability to work independently in a deadline driven environment; an analyst with a strong desire to be part of a growing and high performing team.

Can sit remote, but needs to be around Austin, TX for occasional onsite meetings.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required)

Minimum (Required):Years Skills/Experience
-2- 3 years of experience managing Vendor Performance through the creation of dashboards and analytic deliverables
-2- 3 years of experience creating/manipulating data in Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
-2- 3 years of experience utilizing visualization tools for reporting, analysis and project management including but not limited to excel, visio, MS project, powerpoint, etc.
-2- 3 years of experience in cost-benefit analysis and total cost of ownership modeling
-2- 3 years of experience performing requirements development and process modeling
-2- 3 years of experience in developing process models and data flow diagrams using industry-standard modeling techniques
-2- 3 years of experience in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new concepts
-2- 3 years of experience with project coordination from inception to completion.
Preferred (Optional): Years Skills/Experience
-3 years of experience using PowerBI and/or Tableau
-3 years of experience using Maximo
-3 years of experience with work management systems, creating/updating work orders, generating material orders, and working with asset management data sets for analytics, visualization, etc.
-3 years of experience maintaining databases for various tracking of documentation for coordination of electrical construction projects.
-3 years of experience reviewing electrical prints for accuracy to improve construction coordination.
-3 years of experience cataloguing, interpreting, reporting on and visualizing field inspection data for use in operation.
-3 years of experience with project coordination of utility distribution projects from inception to completion.
