We are a custom home builder and renovation company in the Charlotte area with more than 20 years in business. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service experience and the personalized attention to every project we work on, regardless of size.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing high-end custom projects. The Project Manager must have a proven track record of excellent customer service. 

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities highlights:

  • Customer Communication and Satisfaction
  • Complete jobs on schedule and within budget
  • Job-site Supervision, safety and cleanliness
  • Supervision and scheduling of trades 
  • Material Take off and orders
  • General demolition, carpentry, MEP (overall trade work where the project or scope is too small for a trade to handle).
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Management

Construction Project Manager Requirements:
