Our Accounting & Finance Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be a good fit for roles with the specifications below:
Responsibilities:

• Develop financial controls and procedures for clients, and provide guidance on accounting, finance, and HR aspects of their organization
• Prepare and present investor and board-related financial reports and decks
• Produce budgets, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts
• Work with external Audit, Tax, and Valuation firms as needed
• Onboard new employees and process payroll
• Oversee 401(k) plan, compliance, and reporting
• Maintain up-to-date census and employee records
• Manage the monthly close and annual reporting process
• Maintain corporate insurance policies and manage other business administration responsibilities
• Initially handle all Accounts Payable and vendor payments

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Current CPA
• MBA or Master’s preferred
• Minimum 6 years of Accounting experience with 2 years in Audit
• Big 4 or top-tier Public Accounting firm experience
• Must have experience managing a team
• Excellent client-facing communication and customer service skills
