Case Manager ($17-20 per hour*)

Our Recruiters will help you refine your goals, improve your resume and interview skills, and stay on the lookout for a position that matches your experience and ambition!
 
Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is looking to speak with candidates open to working onsite in Roxbury, Brighton, or Mattapan in the Case Manager position described below: 
Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails
  • Manage the inventory of office supplies and assist with ordering
  • Maintain accurate case files, client information, and available employment opportunities/resources
  • Conduct workshops, coordinate referrals, and connect clients with the appropriate support services
  • Provide community information resources to clients and assist clients with filling out applications
  • Walk clients through intake process and establish educational/occupational goals
  • Develop positive working relationships with various organizations within the public and private sectors to expand placement efforts
  • Perform other administrative tasks and complete special projects as requested
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in case management, workforce development, and/or office support required
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel especially)
