The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine. HJF is seeking a Systems Administrator I The System Administrator I is part of the IT Systems Team within the Diagnostics and Countermeasures Branch (DCB), within the Center for Infectious Disease Research (CIDR), at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR). The incumbent will primarily support the laboratory software, Freezerworks, an application that provides specimen/sample management and tracks freezer inventories within DCB laboratories. The incumbent will be responsible for defining user requirements through to solution design, development, testing, implementation, administration, and user support/training. Additionally, the incumbent will assist with other software applications within the DCB portfolio in support of work being conducted by DCB scientists, laboratory groups, and Leadership.
This position will be in support of Diagnostics and Countermeasures Branch/IT System.
