Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Liaison

The Health Center at Galloway

The Health Center at Galloway, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources / Payroll Liaison.

We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. At the Health Center at Galloway, we have a professional.

knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.

Responsibilities of Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Liaison :

  • Scheduling for the Nursing department
  • Responsible for HR / Payroll Functions
  • Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
  • Pre-screening of all staff
  • Developing relationships with internal staff

Requirements of Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Liaison :

  • Prior Long-Term Care staffing / payroll experience
  • Staffing Software experience is a plus
  • Staffing Coordinator / HR / Payroll / Recruiting : 1 year preferred
  • Required experience : Recruiting, Staffing, Scheduling and / or HR / Payroll : 1 years preferred
