The Health Center at Galloway, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources / Payroll Liaison.
We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. At the Health Center at Galloway, we have a professional.
knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.
Responsibilities of Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Liaison :
- Scheduling for the Nursing department
- Responsible for HR / Payroll Functions
- Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
- Pre-screening of all staff
- Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Staffing Coordinator / Human Resources Liaison :
- Prior Long-Term Care staffing / payroll experience
- Staffing Software experience is a plus
- Staffing Coordinator / HR / Payroll / Recruiting : 1 year preferred
- Required experience : Recruiting, Staffing, Scheduling and / or HR / Payroll : 1 years preferred
