The Health Center at Galloway, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator and Human Resources/Payroll Liaison. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. At the Health Center at Galloway, we have a professional. knowledgeable and compassionate team that cares for our residents.

Responsibilities of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:

• Scheduling for the Nursing department
• Responsible for HR/ Payroll Functions
• Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
• Pre-screening of all staff
• Developing relationships with internal staff

Requirements of Staffing Coordinator/ Human Resources Liaison:

• Prior Long-Term Care staffing/payroll experience 
• Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication/phone skills
• Staffing Software experience is a plus
• Staffing Coordinator/ HR/ Payroll/ Recruiting: 1 year preferred 
• Required experience: Recruiting, Staffing, Scheduling and/or HR/ Payroll: 1 years preferred
