ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY :
As a Customer Care Representative your primary role is to provide service to policyholders. You will work with customers in taking payments, making policy changes, resolving / answering problems and responding to information requests.
This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career pathways into our Operations organization that may include additional skill building opportunities.
With a detailed road map for learning opportunities and managers who are trained to coach and guide toward career development, you will be equipped with the right tools to build a long-lasting and evolving professional career.

Work Arrangements : The Hartford is proud to offer a hybrid work location model that is designed to support flexibility.
Training for this role will be conducted in-office. The option to participate in two-day remote work will be offered after role efficiency is attained, subject to manager discretion and based on business need.

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
