With 26 locations across the Midwest and South, we're poised for remarkable growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3-5 years. Our mission is to enhance our community's well-being by relieving foot, knee, and back pain through premium Good Feet Arch Supports.Your Role:
As a vital member of our dynamic sales team, you will hold a central position in guiding customers to discover relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. Our robust training program ensures that you will comprehensively grasp our sales process, enabling you to sell with confidence. Continuous coaching and development, especially during your initial 90 days, will be provided. This role will take you to various locations across Houston, including but not limited to Galleria, Baytown, Katy, Clear Lake, and The Woodlands (mileage will be covered).We Offer:
- Competitive salary and bonus structure with uncapped commission

- Average Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on a daily rate plus commission and bonus

Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM.Saturdays: 9 AM – 5 PM.Sundays: 12 PM – 4 PM.Saturday contests and lunch incentives.Physical Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
- Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory
- Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
