Job Description
A Sales Consultant with Best Insulation will be responsible for successfully developing and managing an insulation pipeline with both residential builders and general contractors within the construction industry, expanding Best Insulation's market presence in Texas.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess many of the following traits -
1. Sales Expertise : A proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials industry. The candidate should be skilled in prospecting, building relationships, presenting solutions and closing deals.
2. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with different types of insulation materials, their properties, benefits and applications.
3. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for articulating the features and benefits of multiple lines of insulation clearly to builders and potential clients.
4. Customer-Focused : The ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their project requirements demonstrates a candidate's commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Relationship Building : Developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders and contractors is paramount to driving long-term success.
7. Adaptability : Energy codes are dynamic and ever-evolving. A candidate who can adapt to changes in regulations while staying fluid with market trends will thrive.
8. Negotiation Skills : Being able to negotiate effectively to close deals and create mutually beneficial agreements is vital.
