Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality service. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate booking information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
