**SPANISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REQUIRED**

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Manage and update case management systems
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Proficiency in legal case management software
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Knowledge of personal injury law and no fault law
- Excellent administrative skills, including data entry and document review
- Familiarity with Smoke or similar document management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
