We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in document review, litigation support, and project management within an immigration law firm setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions
- Conduct legal research and draft supporting documents for immigration applications
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information
- Prepare immigration forms, petitions, and correspondence for attorney review
- Assist in preparing clients for USCIS interviews and hearings
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and transcribing legal documents
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal in an immigration law firm
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of contract review and drafting procedures
- Familiarity with immigration law procedures and regulations
