We are looking for a paralegal who is extremely organized, has great attention to detail, has high-level communication and people skills, and can multi-task between various tasks and files. Candidates can be expected to draft various forms, review contracts and leases, coordinate and follow-up between the various parties to prepare and schedule closings, and to gather, organize, and enter information into the firm's database and calendars. Experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Applicants must be fluent in Mandarin.
