The Florida Probate & Family Law Firm is Hiring a Family Law Attorney Near Miami, FL
We are looking for an experienced family law attorney to help our clients achieve favorable outcomes with legal matters. You will advocate for clients, advise them on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan. You should have previous trial experience, be able to manage a heavy caseload, and use your general counsel experience and interpersonal skills to mentor our lower-level associates to ensure a continued legacy of prosperity. Compensation:$80,000-$120,000
Responsibilities:- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Attend court hearings on behalf of clients and argue motions
- Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients
- Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
- Get appropriate documents prepared, such as motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responses
- Admitted to local and state bar associations
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, as well as 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
- Applicants must have trial, mediation, and arbitration representation experience
- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- Work independently while handling a heavy caseload
- At least 5 years of family law litigation experience
