Legal Search Solutions Inc is Hiring a Family Law Attorney Near Miami, FL

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced family law attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge and understanding of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and property division.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in legal proceedings related to family law matters

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Draft legal documents such as divorce agreements, custody agreements, and prenuptial agreements

- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes between parties

- Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients

- Keep up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure compliance with legal regulations

Requirements:

- J.D. degree from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law in the state

- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent research and analytical skills

- Demonstrated track record of success in family law cases.
