Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients facing complex legal issues related to family matters. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, visitation, paternity, adoption, and domestic violence cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare persuasive arguments for court hearings and trials.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected throughout the legal process.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law, to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to efficiently manage caseloads and deliver high-quality legal services in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in family law statutes, regulations, and precedents to effectively represent clients and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing family law, preferably at a reputable law firm.
- Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required).
