**Overview:**

- Oversee new hire processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

- Utilize HR software such as PayChex and TAS for efficient HR operations
- Implement and manage HR programs related to benefits, compensation, and employee development and workmans compensation
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the organization's HR strategies
