**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the human resources principles and possess excellent project and time management skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee new hire processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll
- Utilize HR software such as PayChex and TAS for efficient HR operations
- Implement and manage HR programs related to benefits, compensation, and employee development and workmans compensation
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance the organization's HR strategies
**Skills:**
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple HR initiatives simultaneously
- Experience with HR software such as PayChex and TAS for effective HR operations
- Knowledge of social media management for employer branding and recruitment purposes
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices
- Ability to conduct effective recruiting activities to attract top talent
- Familiarity with employment labor law regulations to ensure compliance within the organization
- Experience in HR sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates
