Position Summary:

The Client Access Admin Assistant helps support our Client Access Representatives, who verifies benefits for our services for all clients seeking treatment at The Emily Program. The Client Access Admin Assistant works closely with the team to help complete requests from our partnering departments. This role serves as the ‘customer service’ face of the team and is the primary communicator through emails.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare office environment, behavioral health industry and/or insurance company a plus
• Required understanding of and experience with insurance benefits and authorization requirements
• Significant experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
